Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, opened and used perfumes are generally not eligible for cash refunds. We are, however, committed to resolving any issue with your order quickly and fairly.

Eligible Cases

  • Product received damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item from order
  • Manufacturing defect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Customer must provide clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery
  • Fash 21 will replace the item at no additional cost once verified

Fragrance Performance Disclaimer

Fragrance longevity and projection vary depending on:

  • Skin chemistry
  • Weather conditions
  • Humidity
  • Application method
  • Fabric type

Expected performance:

  • Approximately 8–12 hours on skin
  • Approximately 24 hours or more on fabric

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed results. If you believe a product is defective due to fragrance performance concerns, Fash 21 may review the claim individually. Where approved, compensation may be provided as store credit rather than a cash refund.

Store Credit Policy

  • Approved non-damage claims may receive store credit at the sole discretion of Fash 21
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from issue date
  • Cash refunds are generally not provided for opened fragrance products

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled at no cost before shipment
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the conditions above
