Every Fash 21 fragrance is backed by our 72-Hour Quality Guarantee. If your bottle arrives damaged, leaks, or performs significantly below the expected 8–12 hours on skin / 12–24 hours on fabric under normal conditions, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Approved claims qualify for replacement, alternative product, or store credit.
