Influencer Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and maintain a public social media presence aligned with luxury, fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle content. Applicants based in the UAE must hold a valid Media License or equivalent permit issued by the relevant UAE authority.
2. Application & Approval
All applications are reviewed manually. Approval is at the sole discretion of Fash 21. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved creators receive a referral link and unique discount code.
3. Commission
Commission rates range from 5% to 30% depending on product category and creator tier. Commissions are calculated on net product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts beyond the creator's own code). Refunded orders reverse the associated commission.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed monthly, subject to a 30-day return window from order delivery. Minimum payout threshold is AED 100. Payouts are made via bank transfer, PayPal, or store credit per the creator's selection.
5. Content & Brand Standards
Creators must clearly disclose paid partnerships in accordance with local advertising regulations (UAE NMC, ASA, FTC, etc.). Content must not misrepresent product claims, contain offensive material, or be associated with hate speech, illegal activity, or competing fragrance brands.
6. Media License (UAE)
UAE-based creators must upload a valid Media License upon application. Fash 21 reserves the right to suspend accounts whose license has expired or been revoked.
7. Termination
Fash 21 may suspend or terminate participation at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or reputational harm. Outstanding approved commissions earned prior to termination remain payable.
8. Confidentiality
Sales data, commission structures, and any non-public information shared via the creator dashboard are confidential and must not be disclosed publicly.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
